I used this method when I went apartment hunting last year. It basically works for anyone looking to rent an apartment anywhere. This handy little spreadsheet will help you remember all of the things you need to consider when looking for an new place.
1. Of course, the address
2. How many bedrooms?
3. How many bathrooms?
4. Cost per month
5. Appliances included?
6. Pets allowed?
7. Storage area? Attic/basement
8. Phone number of who to call to look at the place
9. Contact person’s name
10. Upstairs or Down?
11. Utilities that they include?
12. Is there parking/garage/or on the street?
